EngageOne™ Rapid CX Security

Precisely’s EngageOne™ RapidCX is a powerful customer communication management (CCM) software platform, purpose-built for companies operating in data-intensive, highly regulated industries. Security is an integral component of RapidCX. Precisely uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) to build RapidCX. RapidCX leverages the services within AWS, coupled with a robust information security program to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of customer data.

Architectural Overview

RapidCX is a multitenant Software as a Service (SaaS) application designed to leverage the power and flexibility of AWS to scale globally. In addition to the AWS services, Precisely uses a technology stack including Java, Python, Terraform, and PostgreSQL to create microservices which provide business functionality to the user.
