Precisely customers, partners, and community –

I want to reach out to each of you as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve around the world. While so much of the future remains uncertain, it’s important for you to know with certainty that Precisely is taking proactive measures to ensure business continuity.

As a global company, we work every day alongside hundreds of business partners and suppliers, and over 12,000 customers. We understand our products and services are mission-critical to many of your operations, which is why we have long had a pandemic plan in place as part of our corporate Business Continuity Policy.

This policy is designed to ensure our employees, customers, partners, and suppliers are supported during times of crisis. It accounts for multiple levels of business continuity within our organization, as well as the organizations of the third parties we do business with. It also includes contingencies for everything we can reasonably anticipate as a result of this evolving situation.

In an abundance of caution, we have taken a number of steps to prepare for potential outbreaks in areas where we operate. As such, we have encouraged all employees to work remotely, to avoid unnecessary business travel, and to follow CDC/WHO guidelines. Our goal is to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19 among our employees, our customers, and our communities, while ensuring we continue to deliver the products and services you trust to help you operate your critical business functions.

As part of our preparedness, we have a strong IT infrastructure in place that allows our employees, including support services, to work remotely while still maintaining the level of service you are accustomed to receiving from Precisely. However, some of these services also rely on our strong team of partners and suppliers. Therefore, we are in frequent communication with these providers to ensure we identify and proactively mitigate any risks which arise from this pandemic.

While no one can predict the future, rest assured that we have prepared for moments like this. We are dedicated to each of you and are working diligently to ensure we take all necessary measures to see our customers successfully through this time of crisis.

As always, should you need assistance with your Precisely products, our support team remains available to assist. For other items, please reach out directly to your account contact or through the Get in Touch section of our website. We will keep the community updated on our COVID-19 response and practices as the situation evolves via a link on the Precisely.com homepage.

Thank you for your partnership – please be well, and let’s continue to look out for each other.

Regards,

Josh Rogers
