Precisely Responsible AI Use Policy
Welcome to the Precisely Responsible AI Use Policy
This Precisely Responsible AI Use Policy (“Policy”) applies to our customers’ use of artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities, features, and functionality (including third-party models) that we provide or enable you to use as part of our services (“AI Systems”). This Policy supplements the Precisely Global Privacy Notice and the applicable customer terms governing the products and/or services we make available to you.
Prohibited Uses of AI Systems
You may not use, facilitate, or allow others to use the AI Systems:
- to violate the privacy or other third party rights or freedoms of others, including unlawful tracking, monitoring, and identification;
- to record or depict a person’s voice or likeness without their consent or other appropriate authorization, including unauthorized impersonation and non-consensual inappropriate or illegal imagery;
- to infringe the intellectual property or other proprietary rights of others;
- to produce disinformation or deceptive materials, including by misleading anyone that an output generated by an AI System was human-generated;
- to circumvent safety filters and functionality or prompt models to act in a manner that violates the law or any Precisely policies or service terms;
- to input or produce malware, unsolicited bulk content, ransomware, viruses, or other software;
- to extract data from the AI System, including web scraping, web harvesting, or similar web data extraction methods, other than as permitted through terms applicable to your use of the AI Systems and underlying models;
- for harm, abuse, bias, discrimination, or unlawful purposes of any kind, including the depiction of violence (including self-harm);
- to harass, harm, or encourage the harm of individuals or specific groups, including input or generation of hate speech, or offensive cultural, racist or sexist language or stereotypes;
- to violate laws that govern your use of AI Systems, such as the EU AI Act and related laws, or other applicable laws;
- to violate any obligations or prohibitions that apply to the information you provide to AI Systems or seek to produce through AI Systems, including any licensing, non-disclosure, or confidentiality obligations which may arise either by contract or by statute;
- to provide or produce material non-public information or other information in violation of applicable securities laws;
- without appropriately issued access credentials or in violation of applicable third-party agreement (for example, if you bring your own LLM and are required to provide your access credentials for a particular model).
Responsible Use of AI
You and any authorized users of AI Systems are responsible for all results and decisions made, advice provided, actions taken, and failures to take action, based on your use of AI Systems. Generative AI Systems use large language models (LLMs) that generate predictions based on patterns in data. The output generated by LLMs is probabilistic and provided as is with no warranties of any kind, and such generative AI may deliver erroneous or improper content.
All AI System outputs should always be assessed for precision and suitability for your use case, and you are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of such outputs. You should not provide any personal data or sensitive personal data of an individual as an input or otherwise in any Generative AI System without compliance with applicable legal requirements.
You may not rely on the AI Systems or related Services for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Any outputs relating to such topics are provided for informational purposes only and are not intended as a substitute for qualified professional advice.
Bringing Your Own LLMs
If you bring your own LLMs to use within our AI Systems, you agree to comply with this Policy and any applicable terms of the AI model provider. All LLMs must be approved by Precisely prior to use in our AI Systems.
Ongoing Commitment to Building AI Responsibly
Precisely is committed to facilitating and building fair, acceptable, and safe AI Systems. Please see our Trust Center for further details of our Responsible AI use practices.
Policy Violations
Precisely may investigate and take action, including restricting or terminating your access to AI Systems without prior notice, for any breaches of this Policy.
