Susan Ndongwa Fletcher, Esq., is the Chief Privacy Officer at Precisely. In this role, she is responsible for elevating the company’s privacy and data protection program and for providing leadership for ethical data stewardship. At Precisely, she applies a privacy ethics lens to build a strong foundation in trust, data, and technologies that meets the requirements of international privacy and data protection laws and regulations, while making stewardship meaningful across the enterprise on an organizational level.
Susan brings over 15 years of global experience in technology, retail, AdTech, financial services, education, and privacy compliance. Prior to joining Precisely, Susan served in several privacy and commercial legal roles at multinational companies including The Kroger Co., Amazon, HSBC Bank, The Blackstone Group, and Live Nation/Ticketmaster.
