Jamin Marks is Executive Vice President, Corporate Development at Precisely. In this role, he is responsible for designing and implementing sustainable M&A processes to support Precisely’s growth.
Prior to joining Syncsort, the precursor to Precisely, Jamin served as SVP, Corporate Development at CA Technologies, where he led an aggressive global acquisition approach – from early-stage strategy and identification through deal execution. Before CA Technologies, he held leadership positions in business and corporate development at IBM.
Jamin has more than 15 years of corporate development experience, with an exceptional track record of delivering corporate growth through inorganic execution.
Jamin received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Science and MIS from Iowa State University, a Juris Doctor degree in Law from the Indiana University, Robert H. McKinney School of Law, and an M.B.A from the University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business.
