Craig Zajac is Precisely’s General Counsel, responsible for Precisely’s Legal Department.
Prior to joining Precisely, Craig served as General Counsel for ClickSoftware, which was acquired by Salesforce in 2019. Prior to ClickSoftware, Craig was General Counsel at VCE and has more than 22 years of experience as in-house counsel for both public and privately held technology companies.
He is a graduate of Saint Bonaventure University and Duquesne University School of Law.
