End-to-End Process Automation to Create a Business Partner Customer with a CRM System: Salesforce
This end-to-end Evolve process creates a Business Partner Customer starting with Salesforce. We can either use the Digital Access API to launch the process at the right time or pull data from Salesforce via REST APIs from the form to pre-populate the Evolve process with Salesforce data.
Next, the process collects additional information and approvals, posts the Business Partner to SAP, and optionally updates the Account in Salesforce to convert it into a customer while posting the SAP Business Partner ID back to Salesforce. It also highlights one of Precisely’s address validation services, available as a REST API.
