Press releases

Precisely, the global leader in data integrity, today announced the expansion of its executive leadership team with Eric Yau joining as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Craig Zajac as SVP, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary to the Board. The new appointments come two weeks after Precisely launched as the new company formed by Syncsort’s acquisition of the Pitney Bowes software and data business. Precisely has 2,000 employees and 12,000 customers in more than 100 countries, including 90 of the Fortune 100.

“Despite a proliferation of analytics tools, inaccuracies and inconsistencies in data have held organizations back in their digital transformation journeys and made achieving data integrity the next business imperative,” said Josh Rogers, CEO of Precisely. “Eric and Craig bring critical experience and skills to accelerate Precisely’s growth as we help companies put trust in data through our best-in-class data integrity software and data enrichment products.”
