MFX Support Lifecycle Schedule
Use this page to identify your current MFX version and the level of support available for that release.
MFX follows a cumulative release model, with regular updates delivered within the same major release line. This allows customers to receive fixes and enhancements without upgrading to a new major version.
In the table below, GA refers to the current Generally Available release. Each earlier designation, such as GA-1 or GA-2, refers to a prior cumulative release in the same major release line. For example, if MFX 3.1.8 is the current GA release, then GA-1 is 3.1.7 and GA-2 is 3.1.6.

Because MFX runs on IBM z/OS, support coverage may also depend on IBM’s z/OS support timeline. We recommend aligning your MFX version with a currently supported z/OS release. Check IBM’s Product Lifecycle Search page for current z/OS support dates.
If you need support for releases older than GA-4, you may be eligible for Extended Support Maintenance for an additional fee under Advanced or Enterprise support plans. Contact your Precisely representative for more information.
