As the NTIA prepares to disburse $42.45 billion for the Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) program, many questions remain unanswered. Not the least of which is the availability of the FCC’s new broadband coverage maps, which will determine the allocation of funds, under- and unserved areas to bid on, and the standards CSPs must meet. However, the maps aren’t expected until sometime this fall. Meanwhile, initial planning is already underway, as CSPs must develop strategies to optimize bid success and network build-out.
View this on-demand webinar where we explore best practices CSPs can implement to prepare to win bids and roll out service efficiently while satisfying compliance and reporting criteria and maximizing long-term adoption.
Key topics include:
Assessing the economic viability of an area to inform bid strategy
Optimizing budgets to maximize bid success and value once infrastructure is in place
Targeting marketing and outreach based on location demographics to encourage widespread adoption
Harnessing trusted data to meet regulatory requirements
