Syncsort, the global leader in Big Iron to Big Data, today announced the expansion of their leadership team with the appointment of Lisa Crawford in the new position of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to help manage the continued growth of Syncsort and its employees.
Lisa has 25 years of experience in senior human resources executive roles and strategic and operational consulting. In her role as CHRO at Syncsort, she will apply her skills in managing organizational change across M&A, talent management, culture, learning & development and HR operations.
Driven by organic growth and acquisitions, in the last year, Syncsort has more than tripled revenues, doubled its employees and greatly expanded its product portfolio and global presence. Lisa’s appointment reflects Syncsort’s focus on building a world class organization to support its growth and manage its expanding resources.

Before joining Syncsort, Lisa served as Chief People Officer at Unitrends, Inc, a private equity-backed, business continuity solutions software vendor. She also founded EvolvHR, providing strategic and operational consulting on talent management and organizational change, and served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Randstad U.S. Professionals.
