FAQ: Product Delivery for DTS Software Customers 

For all your support needs, visit support.precisely.com. 

Software downloads, patches, installation files, and fixes for DTS Software products will no longer be available on the DTS Software website after the migration is complete.  

Going forward, all software downloads, patches, and fixes will be distributed via the Precisely Data Experience (PDX)

You will continue to receive keys for software products via emails from the Global Fulfilment Team. 

If for any reason you need to obtain a license key for a previously ordered product, please open a case within the Customer or Partner Community.

Installation guides and release notes can be found within the Customer or Partner Community, under Find Support by Product 

Information on new product releases will be made available within the Knowledge Communities (online forums) via support.precisely.com. Here’s what you should know to get started: 

  • Log in using your Precisely user account  
  • Subscribe to announcements for each product you’re interested in. 
  • Each time a new release becomes available, you’ll receive a notification.
