FAQ: Billing

No, you do not need a new contract. This is simply a name change, and we are not changing the tax and registration ID numbers of our existing legal entities.

There will be no changes to your billing right now. You will still remit payments as you traditionally have.

We do expect name changes reflecting the Precisely brand to be in place by Fall 2020, and once these name changes have been completed, we will provide detailed instructions about payment remittances at that time.

No, at this time you do not need to change any ACH or lockbox banking information you have on file for us.

When we complete our name change process by Fall 2020, you will see a different “Remit-To” name on our invoices. At that time, we’ll ask that you kindly update your vendor master records. We’ll include a reminder note with your invoice to alert you to this change.

We are currently in the process of changing our legal entity names. This process, however, is a lengthy one and will take some time. During this period we are not changing our quoting, fulfillment, or billing systems and documents.

When we complete the process to change our name later in the year, you may see a different “Remit-To” name on invoices. At that time, we’ll ask that you kindly update your vendor master records. We’ll include a reminder note with your invoice when this happens.

While our entity names may be changing, our actual legal entities are not. Please continue to send purchase orders to your sales representative as you are currently.
