Will there be any changes to my bill?
Yes. In addition to the new layout of the invoice, you will also find a change in our remit address and customer care contact information. Is the company that I am doing business with changing?
No. The legal entity and company name that you have contracted with remains the same.
Will my account number change?
Yes. With the change in systems, you have been assigned a new account number. Please be sure to make this change in your system (if applicable) and reference it with any correspondence or communications.
Will my invoice continue to be delivered using the same method as before?
As a default, Precisely delivers invoices electronically through our NetSuite invoicing system. We will continue to deliver invoices to the email, portal or physical address on record. If you would like to update your information, please contact us.
