END-USER AGREEMENTS FOR DATA OBTAINED FROM THIRD PARTIES

This webpage contains links to each of the End User Agreement(s) applicable to the postal/address verification and geocode data directories (“Directories”) licensed either (i) directly from Trillium Software, Inc. and/or one of its affiliates or subsidiaries (individually and collectively, “Trillium Software”) or (ii) indirectly through one of Trillium Software’s resellers, distributors, solutions providers or partners (each a “Distributor”). In all cases, your annual subscription to use and access the Directories is expressly subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the applicable End User Agreement(s) for the Directory in question included at the links below. The End User Agreement(s) apply in addition to the terms set forth in your software license agreement with Trillium Software and/or its Distributor. The terms of the End User Agreement(s) are non-negotiable and may be updated at any time as required by Trillium Software’s data suppliers. By using/accessing the Directories, you agree to be bound by the applicable End User Agreement(s) and agree that Trillium Software shall be a third party beneficiary of the End User Agreement(s) set forth in the links below. If the Directories have been licensed via a Trillium Software Distributor, all references to “Solution Provider” in the applicable End User Agreement(s) shall be deemed to include such Distributor.
