Today, I’m honored to step into the role of Chief Executive Officer at Precisely. I’m excited to begin this next chapter with our customers, partners, and the broader Precisely community.
First, I want to recognize Josh Rogers for his leadership and partnership during this transition. Josh led Precisely for over a decade and helped shape the organization into the strong, respected company it is today. I’m grateful that he will continue to support the business as Vice Chairman.
This transition is a continuation, not a reset. Precisely has built something special, and we now have an opportunity to take that to the next level and accelerate our next phase of growth in data integrity. We’ll achieve that by advancing our product roadmap, strengthening engineering execution, and expanding our global impact.
I have long admired Precisely’s reputation as the trusted partner for organizations that depend on accurate, reliable data, powering essential daily operations at the core of complex enterprise environments, where trusted, governed data is critical.
That trust matters more than ever. Data is the foundation for analytics, automation, and AI, meaning that data integrity has never been more central to business success.
Why Precisely, and Why Now: A Moment of Change in Data and AI
I’ve spent more than three decades building and scaling software platforms at companies like Microsoft, Oracle, ANSYS, and Sage. I’ve worked at the intersection of engineering, product, and go-to-market. I’ve seen firsthand how technology cycles reshape industries.
We’re at one of those moments now.
AI is fundamentally changing how organizations operate, compete, and create value. As we shift from testing to implementing Agentic AI systems, which act and think on their own, having high-quality, trustworthy data becomes more critical.
Without trusted, well-governed data, AI initiatives fail, or worse, produce untrustworthy results.
That reality is what drew me to Precisely.
Precisely sits at the nexus of this market transformation. The company’s focus on data integrity, bringing together data integration, data quality, data governance, location intelligence, and data enrichment, positions us uniquely to support Agentic-Ready Data. This is the foundation required for AI systems to operate with accuracy and accountability, and that is exactly what Precisely delivers.
I believe Precisely has an opportunity not just to participate in this shift, but to help define what “AI-ready” truly means for enterprises.
My Leadership Philosophy
My leadership philosophy is simple.
Clarity matters. Simplicity unlocks speed. Growth comes from focus and disciplined execution.
Great companies don’t try to do everything. They do the most important things well, and they do them consistently.
At every organization I’ve led, the biggest breakthroughs came when teams aligned around a clear strategy, trusted data to guide decisions, and worked together with accountability and urgency.
I am also deeply customer focused. Products don’t succeed in isolation; they succeed when they solve real problems and deliver measurable value. Strong partnerships between product, engineering, sales, services, and partners are essential to making that happen.
Looking Ahead: Strengthening Data Integrity for an AI-Driven Future
As I step into the CEO role, my focus is on listening, learning, and engaging with our customers and partners around the world. Understanding what’s working, where we can raise the bar, and how we can help customers succeed faster will shape how we move forward. While we work through this transition, customer continuity is our priority.
Strategically, the opportunity is clear: to strengthen Precisely’s leadership in data integrity while evolving the portfolio to meet the demands of an AI-driven world.
That includes enabling customers to move confidently toward Agentic AI, supported by data that is trusted, governed, and fit for autonomous decision-making.
It also means simplifying how we go to market, modernizing our offerings, and ensuring our solutions integrate seamlessly into the broader data and AI ecosystems our customers rely on.
This is about execution, not hype. AI creates enormous opportunity, but leadership in this space will belong to companies that combine innovation with trust, discipline, and real-world impact.
Taken together, this focus creates a clear opportunity to scale Precisely, driven by disciplined execution and the increasing importance of trusted data in enterprise AI.
