How it works
Assure MIMIX HA transparently replicates changed data in real time from a production server to one or more recovery servers located in the same room, across the globe or in the cloud using remote journaling and other change capture mechanisms. Its flexible architecture supports replication between different hardware, storage or OS versions, while dynamic multi-threading and powerful performance features enable it to scale to the workloads of even the largest enterprises.
It offers both green screen and graphical interface options. The browser-based GUI offers a fastpath to installation and an easy means to configure, manage and monitor your Assure MIMIX environment. Its mobile-friendly dashboard is color-coded for at-a-glance monitoring and provides a summary view of all key aspects of your Assure MIMIX environment no matter what device you have at your fingertips. Email and SNMP alerts enable unattended monitoring. And, status can be monitored in an enterprise dashboard with Assure QuickEDD and Assure Security products.
Assure MIMIX HA continuously audits the recovery server and automatically heals any out of sync data. Built-in automated procedures make it easy to switch operations to the recovery server, and later switch back, eliminating downtime due to unplanned outages or planned maintenance. A virtual switch procedure enables regular switch testing, without impacting production operations
